The province of Nova Scotia is seeking qualified vendors to provide licensing services for Milestone Systems XProtect Professional+. This engagement involves upgrading from the existing XProtect Professional software to the Professional+ version due to the former's depreciation and the need for enhanced technological capabilities. The scope includes supplying base licenses, device licenses, and the Milestone XProtect Professional+ five-year Care+ support package.
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering and supporting these licenses over a three-year contract period. Vendors are expected to provide timely upgrades and ongoing maintenance support to ensure seamless operation of the XProtect software environment.
