DESCRIPTION

The intended project is for the development and implementation of a comprehensive Migrant Case Management System (PCMS) to function as a centralized platform. This system will facilitate the processing, management, and serving of deportation orders, and support the recording of final case dispositions. Key functionalities will include the creation of new cases, uploading of biographic data and various file types, subject booking in/out, case commenting, execution of immigration policies, documentation of approval or denial for international protection/asylum, and delivery of real-time analytics for enrolled cases.

The system is expected to display operational activity data, provide automated alerts or notifications of operational updates, and support wildcard-enabled search for case and subject records. Bulk system actions across multiple profiles and subject records will be enabled to streamline operations. Data input related to subjects and cases must be accommodated, along with a capability for users to submit system feedback. The solution will provide standardized CRUD (create, read, update, delete) operations for operational activity data, and include supervisory validation for custody and case actions.

Additional requirements include record manipulation of encounters, management of case-related files and forms, secure document generation with audit trails, and robust capacity for managing detention-related operational activities such as referral initiation, location configuration, and capacity management. The contract period for this initiative is one year.
