Microsoft Teams Phone System Implementation Service

A California-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to implement a Microsoft Teams Phone System, migrating from its current on-premise Mitel phone system. The scope of work includes the full migration of all phone extensions to Microsoft Teams Phone System with the integration of Microsoft Calling Plans. The vendor will be responsible for procuring and assigning the appropriate licenses, ensuring all existing phone numbers are ported seamlessly from the current carrier to Microsoft, and replicating the existing main phone number routing.

The project will be carried out in three phases: Discovery & Planning (including requirements gathering, system audit, licensing, carrier strategy, and system design), Implementation & Configuration (covering PSTN connectivity, number porting, and Teams Phone System setup), and Testing & Training (consisting of user acceptance testing, end-user training, and administrator training).
