A vendor is sought to provide Microsoft Office licenses for installation on 300 separate computers across five regions in North Carolina. The requirement is for 300 perpetual (one-time purchase) Microsoft Office licenses, with acceptable products including Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021, Microsoft Office LTSC Standard, or the latest available perpetual equivalent. Any perpetual Microsoft Office suite is acceptable, provided it meets the necessary specifications.
The vendor must ensure that Microsoft security updates are provided in accordance with the product lifecycle. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 10, 2026.
