DESCRIPTION


This RFI seeks vendors to provide operational support services for Microsoft M365, Power Platform, and SharePoint environments. Responsibilities include vulnerability remediation and platform configuration updates across Microsoft Power Platform components. Vendors will deliver break–fix support for Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions, in addition to troubleshooting workflow automation, data integrations, connectors, and API integrations.

The selected provider will also furnish operational support for Dataverse environments and SharePoint integrations, resolve issues related to Microsoft Copilot integrations, and manage platform administration including environment management, solution deployment, and configuration management. On-call engineering support for operational incidents involving critical Power Platform applications is required, along with services related to incident escalation and vendor case management within Microsoft 365 GCC.

Vendors must be able to supply bill rates for various specialized roles, including Power Platform Architect, Power Apps Developer, Power Automate Developer/Workflow Engineer, Power Platform Administrator/Governance Specialist, SharePoint Administrator, and Integration Engineer supporting Dataverse, Copilot, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
