Must be a Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider authorized to service Enterprise Agreements in Canada

Must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience providing services in Canada as a Microsoft LSP
Must have provided services as a designated Microsoft LSP for at least three public-sector clients in Canada within the last five years
Must maintain status as a Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider throughout the term of the contract
Must provide a Certificate of Insurance as a pre-condition of award
Must provide a current Certificate of Clearance from the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board
Must be registered with the City's electronic bidding system at Bids and Tenders

DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Microsoft licensing solution. The vendor will provide information on new Microsoft product offerings and outline the associated benefits for City operations.

Responsibilities include recommending Microsoft licensing options that support cost-effective and operationally-sound software purchases, as well as providing detailed updates on software product and licensing changes. The vendor will explain the impacts of these changes to the City's enrolments and suggest strategies to mitigate negative effects. Additionally, guidance is required for the design and implementation of new Microsoft software products, along with support in navigating administrative and licensing portals and coordinating necessary updates or information changes. The contract term is three years, and questions must be submitted by April 20, 2026.
