DESCRIPTION

The City is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Microsoft licensing solution. The selected vendor will review current Microsoft license enrolments and identify opportunities to maximize value, including recommending changes to licensing that offer cost savings, ensure compliance, and enhance value to the City. The vendor will provide information on new Microsoft product offerings and outline the associated benefits for City operations.

Responsibilities include recommending Microsoft licensing options that support cost-effective and operationally-sound software purchases, as well as providing detailed updates on software product and licensing changes. The vendor will explain the impacts of these changes to the City's enrolments and suggest strategies to mitigate negative effects. Additionally, guidance is required for the design and implementation of new Microsoft software products, along with support in navigating administrative and licensing portals and coordinating necessary updates or information changes. The contract term is three years, and questions must be submitted by April 20, 2026.
