The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive Microsoft licensing solution, which includes the administration of enterprise agreements, offering expert advice on software licensing, and managing the procurement of Microsoft licenses covering various agreements. This engagement also includes performing customer and contract management services, as well as detailed and regular reporting to stakeholders.
The successful partner will be responsible for enhancing the organization's understanding of Microsoft products among IT staff, resulting in better purchasing decisions, standardization, and a more seamless user experience. They will ensure that all licensing management requirements set by Microsoft are met, conduct a thorough review of the current Microsoft licensing status, and assess future licensing needs to support organizational growth and strategic planning.
The contract period is set for three years.
