This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation services, aiming to modernize financial systems with a comprehensive cloud-based solution. The primary objectives include enabling real-time reporting and analytics through seamless integration with Power BI, improving process efficiencies via built-in automation and AI features, and supporting multi-program operations with a flexible and scalable architecture.

Key deliverables involve finalizing a Chart of Accounts structure, developing a robust dimension strategy, and establishing an effective reporting framework tailored to the agency’s needs. The vendor will develop and execute a data migration strategy to transition from Microsoft Great Plains to Dynamics 365 Business Central, and ensure reliable integrations with third-party systems, including bi-directional data exchange with Salesforce CRM and future integration capability with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool for contract and budget management.

Additionally, the solution should enhance user experience through a modern, intuitive interface and implement master data governance controls, especially as they pertain to integrations with third-party platforms. All submitted proposals must comprehensively address these requirements and support the organization's continued growth.
