DESCRIPTION


Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) support, development, and integration services over a three-year period. The selected vendor will assist with a range of services including project execution, consulting, systems architecture, business analysis, development, configuration, testing, DevOps, infrastructure, go-live support, and ongoing troubleshooting and incident escalation resolution.

The vendor will be expected to provide thought leadership and serve as a liaison with agency executive leadership, offering technical expertise in implementing solutions that align with Enterprise Architecture and Security standards as well as industry best practices. Responsibilities also include the development of solution architecture design documents and providing guidance on integrations with third-party systems. Additionally, the vendor will deliver new functionality to users by designing, configuring, and customizing solutions based on approved requirements, while ensuring seamless integration with other platforms as necessary.

This contract represents an opportunity for firms with proven experience in Microsoft D365 environments, system integration, and technical consulting to support Ontario’s ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
