DESCRIPTION


The scope of this RFP is to provide comprehensive Microsoft D365 CRM support services to government ministries in Saskatchewan. The selected vendor will support the design and delivery of Microsoft D365-based solutions that are aligned with each ministry's business needs, delivering services on an as-required basis across a spectrum of initiative types.

Key responsibilities include program and project management coordination using standards and tools for end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 solutions. Vendors will conduct business process analysis leveraging D365 capabilities to identify and recommend process improvements, along with facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and designing services with a focus on a user-friendly and efficient digital service experience. Solution engineering and implementation will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions using D365 modules, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and other relevant technologies. Integration expertise with external systems using Azure Integration Services and up-to-date UI/UX approaches is required, alongside implementing AI features as appropriate.

The vendor is also expected to provide post-implementation warranty, long-term support, routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal platform performance and evolution over time.
