DESCRIPTION
A Michigan-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Microsoft 365 G5 Plan 2 (GCC) licenses for 300 users. This service includes access to the comprehensive suite of features and services available under the Microsoft 365 G5 Plan 2 (GCC), encompassing Office 365 Enterprise functionality, advanced security and compliance tools, analytics, email security, malware protection, and e-discovery capabilities.
In addition, the organization requires access to Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business. The vendor will be responsible for provisioning a total of 50 TB of additional OneDrive for Business storage, made available organization-wide. The selected vendor will also provide assistance with license provisioning, activation, and any necessary tenant configurations within the environment, as well as ongoing account management, billing support, and escalation support for technical or service-related issues.
