DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide ongoing maintenance, support, hosting, and future enhancements for the MICIP platform, a web-based software application designed to facilitate continuous improvement using specialized tools and resources. The solution must be maintained, supported, hosted, and enhanced in the contractor's Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment.

Enhancement requirements include improved user interface features such as the ability to view entire text in input areas, the development of a visual dashboard similar to Power BI for high-level information and streamlined navigation, and redesigning the platform to be more intuitive for novice users. Additionally, the platform should allow users to preview district-determined data objects before uploading and integrate a MI–Data Hub troubleshooting link on the resource page.

The contract will be awarded for a five-year period, with all vendor questions due by April 24, 2026.
