The St. Louis VA Health Care System is seeking qualified vendors to provide annual maintenance and support services for its methadone medication dispensing software. This service will support the Methadone Treatment Clinics located at both the John Cochran Division and Jefferson Barracks Division of the medical center.
The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive methadone medication dispensing software solution, as well as preventative and corrective maintenance services. Emergency support for the software is also required to ensure consistent and safe operation of the clinics. All provided services must meet applicable standards and requirements set forth by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
