The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive merchant services program, encompassing electronic payment processing and related services for customers and toll agencies. This includes maintaining and enhancing features currently available in production, as well as introducing new functionalities to further improve the program.
Key components of the scope include debt collection services—such as skip tracing—for outstanding toll and fee collections, automated and manual image review services for image-based transactions, and performance of Gross Class Mismatch reviews. The vendor must also facilitate payment and revenue collection from a variety of payment service providers, including credit cards, ACH processing, instant payment methods, digital wallets, and mobile wallets.
Questions related to this opportunity must be submitted no later than May 7, 2026. The initiative is aimed at ensuring seamless, efficient, and innovative payment processing and collections for toll-based transactions.
