DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Rhode Island is seeking a vendor to provide memorial benches and commemorative plaques as part of a memorial bench donation program. This program enables park patrons to donate benches with plaques in honor of loved ones. Note that this program replaces a previous tree donation initiative.

All benches supplied must include backrests, with flexible options for armrest placement, including options for benches without armrests. Benches are required to be constructed entirely from recycled plastic, recycled rubber, or other recycled materials, with exceptions allowed only for necessary hardware such as screws, nuts, bolts, nails, fixtures, or fasteners. The selected vendor is also responsible for offering the installation of mounted plaques on each bench.

The contract for these services will be awarded for a period of five years.
