Membership Portal and Website Redesign Service

A Quebec-based organization is seeking a qualified vendor to redesign its bilingual membership portal and website. The project encompasses creating a modern and responsive UI/UX design that functions seamlessly across all devices, with complete bilingual support. Integration with a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal is required, along with features to ensure accessibility compliance, search engine optimization, advanced analytics, and integration with email marketing tools.

The membership portal will require secure login, a comprehensive member dashboard, and tiered permissions management. Additional features include clinic registration linked to the member management system, automated updating and annual verification of member information, a chat or messaging function for members, and the ability to issue credits or certifications automatically. Functionalities such as pop-ups and reminder notifications are also to be incorporated.

For event, exhibitor, and sponsorship management, the vendor will implement systems for simplified event registration (for individuals, clinics, and groups), exhibitor and sponsorship registration and management, and the automated issuance of certificates and credits for event participants. The solution should ensure a mobile-friendly user experience throughout.

Content migration is part of the project, requiring the transfer and reorganization of existing content, document cleanup, optimization, and formatting in both official languages.
