The government authority located in Boston, Massachusetts is seeking a vendor to provide meeting space planning and development services for Behavioral Health Services. The selected provider must offer professional, private, and fully equipped meeting spaces designed to support Planning & Development meetings. Spaces should foster collaborative work, facilitate presentations, and accommodate public consultations when needed.
Key requirements include the availability of both large and small meeting halls to support planning sessions and breakout groups, and dedicated rooms for summer trainings, with three sessions requiring a small room setup accommodating 15 to 50 attendees and eight tables for groups of 6–10. The environment must be private, quiet, and conducive to focused work and effective discussion. Additional needs include adequate lighting throughout all meeting spaces, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi for all attendees, and a project screen for presentations.
