Department Of Veterans Affairs
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The requesting organization seeks a vendor to provide medical terminology and coding training services designed specifically for government employees and supervisors who process medical claims. The training should cover a foundational understanding of various medical terms and medical codes, effectively targeting participants with little or no previous experience in this area.
The program must be delivered in a learning-focused environment that encourages innovative strategies for knowledge retention and continuous application. Training methods should consider human memory, adult learning processes, and the unique needs of adult learners. The ultimate goal is to build and support a government workforce with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customers' medical claims. This opportunity is set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
