Vendors should implement robust cost containment strategies across medical, pharmacy, and stop-loss management programs as well as offer strong claim administration and reporting systems.
The selected company must support auditable processes and provide superior customer service and support to county benefits staff, particularly around annual enrollment. Responsibilities also include receiving and maintaining enrollment data for employees, retirees, and dependents, conducting annual customer and member satisfaction surveys, and enhancing communication and access to information through user-friendly websites and mobile applications.
A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 29, 2026, and questions must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
