DESCRIPTION


The client is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive medical payment claims integrity review and performance auditing services. The scope includes auditing both fee-for-service claims and managed care paid encounters, with an emphasis on re-adjudicating 100% of all claim transactions electronically. The selected firm will assess the accuracy and effectiveness of claims processing systems, including the verification of eligibility, identification of duplicate or ineligible charges, and evaluation of the timeliness of processing.

The audit will ensure financial, payment, and processing accuracy; confirming that payments are correct and provided to the appropriate providers per member benefit plans, contractual obligations, industry standards, and relevant regulations. The contract will be for a one-year period. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than May 14, 2026.
