The New Mexico VA Health Care System is conducting market research to identify qualified small business vendors capable of providing FedRAMP-certified medical coding software. This announcement seeks to gather information from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone, and other small business entities interested in and capable of delivering these services.

Vendors are requested to submit documentation demonstrating their technical expertise and ability to meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work. Submissions should include company details, point of contact information, business classification, and a capability statement highlighting relevant qualifications. To be considered, vendors must be authorized distributors of MedCodr Software or offer an equivalent software solution that meets specified requirements. FedRAMP certification is mandatory prior to the start of contract performance.
