DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical billing services and wound care supplies. This includes preparing monthly billing reports that detail all necessary information for Medicare billing, specifying amounts for each resident that are reimbursable and non-reimbursable.

The vendor will deliver wound care products as ordered by physicians and maintain an in-house inventory of supplies, restocking at least twice a week. Additionally, clinical training and product in-servicing for wound care nurses or other nursing personnel must be provided as needed. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted by March 23, 2026.
