DESCRIPTION
The agency seeks a qualified vendor to provide medical benefit claims monitoring services for individuals enrolled in the public employee health insurance program. The scope of work involves detailed analysis of medical benefit claims to ensure that billing, charges, and payments were processed according to contractual terms and plan designs in effect at the time of the analysis. Claims processed under fully insured vision or dental plans are excluded from this project.
Vendors will be responsible for identifying errors in medical benefit claims, including inaccurate billing, incorrect fees charged or paid by the personnel cabinet, erroneous application of pricing, or inappropriate member cost sharing. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted no later than March 31, 2026.
