The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Clinical Center, through its Office of Purchasing and Contracts and Patient Support Services Department, has expressed intent to award a Firm–Fixed–Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for highly specialized medical and scientific photography services. The contractor will support NIH research and clinical operations through expert photography of patient conditions, surgical specimens, and scientific documentation, utilizing advanced techniques and specialized equipment.
The contract includes a base year from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with three additional option years extending through March 31, 2030. This requirement demands a service provider with deep expertise in medical/scientific photography and a demonstrated understanding of NIH clinical workflows to ensure precise and confidential documentation.
