Medical and Dental Coding, Auditing, and Data Entry Services

The anticipated BPA period of performance is from May 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2031, for a 5-year BPA.

Priced quotations must be valid for a minimum of 90 calendar days.

Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer by the specified due date and time, local Phoenix, Arizona time.

A contract opportunity is available for providing comprehensive medical and dental coding, auditing, and data entry services for various service units. These services will ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, policies, and regulations, supporting outpatient and inpatient visits according to service unit needs.

The contractor is responsible for precise capture of all necessary information from Electronic Health and Dental Records (EHR/EDR), applying all required ICD diagnosis and procedure codes, ADT, CPT, HCPCS, E/M codes, Modifiers, and Trans-Codes to every patient encounter. Data entry will involve entering details from EHR, EDR Notes, or PCC paper forms into the RPMS PCC Package, guaranteeing all necessary data items per individual visit are recorded. Ongoing monitoring of incomplete visits will be required to ensure all missing information is addressed.

Contractors must adhere to the highest standards of integrity and compliance to secure full reimbursement for services provided to patients with third-party resources. This contract will span five years and is a Buy Indian Set-Aside pertaining to the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Services.
