Effective communication with the Professional Coding Staff regarding discrepancies, missing documentation, or clarification needs is mandatory. The vendor must apply appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines, ensuring all work is executed accurately and promptly across assigned facilities and existing internal workloads.
