DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide Medicaid eligibility services, including facilitating Medicaid eligibility determinations, exchange sponsorship, and post-discharge insurance discovery. The selected vendor will also handle the processing of disability applications for patients who either do not meet Medicaid’s technical requirements or qualify under the family track Medicaid, as defined by the Department of Children and Families.
