The solution must be fully implemented and ready for use by July 1st, 2026. The contract will be for five years. Invoices must be submitted within 30 days of the end of each quarter. Final invoices must be submitted no later than 90 days from the termination of the contract. Contractor must provide insurance certificates within 7 days of the contract's effective date and renewals 15 days before expiration.

The selected vendor will provide Medicaid billing services, ensuring comprehensive documentation for all student health-related services. The system must include robust internal controls to validate documentation and claim submission requirements in accordance with both state and federal Medicaid regulations.

Services must cover full-service automated claim submissions, management, and reporting. The platform should allow users to inquire about the status of claims—whether paid, denied, or held—as well as correct and resubmit claims as necessary. Claims management reports must be easily exportable to meet administrative needs.

The solution must be fully web-based, accessible via mobile devices, and compatible with screen readers to ensure compliance with relevant agency accessibility requirements.
