The selected vendor will provide media strategy, planning, and buying services aimed at supporting broad learning opportunities, economic development, education, wellbeing, and societal advancement in Ireland. The scope includes conducting comprehensive analysis and interpretation of department data to guide media strategy decisions, with a focus on the media consumption habits of target societal segments in line with departmental communication goals.

Vendors will deliver detailed analyses of multiple media channels, supplying regular updates on evolving industry patterns and techniques. Services also encompass purchasing digital audio and digital/social media placements targeting audiences in Canada, the United States, and Australia. The creation of engaging creative assets, including 30-second digital audio pieces and social media visuals, is also required to support all campaign executions.
