DESCRIPTION


The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive media strategy, placement, and management services to support its educational and promotional initiatives. This includes media planning and consultation aligned with the organization's needs, encompassing traditional advertising (print, radio), online and digital campaigns focused on brand awareness, partnership development, education, grassroots and word-of-mouth strategies, and social media management, with the option to expand these efforts.

The selected firm will develop an annual media placement strategy, collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure media placements are effective, and contribute to campaign creation through strategic planning and creative consultation. Responsibilities also include ongoing monitoring, optimization, and auditing of paid search campaigns, reviewing media outlet invoices for accuracy, and coordinating invoicing schedules with all media vendors.

Additional requirements include educating customers on safety, energy efficiency, and renewable energy programs, promoting participation in programs to reduce energy use, and reinforcing the organization's role as a community-owned electric utility dedicated to reliability, local control, affordability, and sustainability. The contract is expected to last for three years.
