The selected vendor will provide comprehensive media relations and social media management services for the agency. Responsibilities include acting as an extension of the agency’s media relations team by efficiently managing all media and influencer inquiries and opportunities. The vendor will research, develop, and execute a thorough media and influencer relations plan to support the agency brand, maintain a prioritized list of target media and influencers segmented by market and content area, and participate in regular strategy meetings to discuss priorities, trends, and performance.
Proactive outreach to media and influencers will be required through various channels to promote agency stories, initiatives, and campaigns. Planning and executing 2–4 in-market media and influencer missions or events annually is expected to generate awareness and coverage. Additionally, the vendor will manage the agency's social media platforms, build and engage online communities, publish native content aligned with editorial calendars, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. The scope includes partnering with relevant influencers, supporting their participation in visits and tours, creating real-time content, and developing as-needed paid social media campaigns. The contract term will be for one year.
