A three-year contract opportunity is available in Alberta, Canada for media planning and media buying services to support brand, enrollment, and marketing communication goals. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing and executing integrated media plans that align with the organization's strategic objectives, with the specific goals and requirements communicated upon selection.

Key responsibilities include leveraging strong media relationships and negotiating skills to obtain competitive pricing for media buys, as well as utilizing advanced targeting strategies such as demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral segmentation. The vendor is expected to provide expert input into the broader marketing plan and integrate insights from market research activities, including competitive analysis and applicant studies, to enhance the effectiveness of media strategies.

Additionally, the vendor will serve as the primary point of contact for evaluating and managing media purchasing inquiries. The selected firm must also offer robust tools for real-time campaign performance measurement, analysis, and optimization, including dashboards and audit reports.
