The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive media planning and buying services, including integrated strategic communications planning across all media channels. Services will encompass paid search, social media advertising, and all digital media formats, with an emphasis on recommending social media strategies and advising on platform trends.
The vendor must demonstrate a strong understanding of target audience behaviors and motivations, analyze the media consumption habits of these audiences, and provide insights on relevant media channels and market trends. Responsibilities also include developing integrated marketing communications plans, preparing media strategies and plans in response to campaign briefs, and providing expert guidance on advertising campaigns.
The contract covers negotiation and purchasing of media across various channels at specified prices and quality parameters. Assistance and advice on any media planning and buying issues related to campaign briefs are required. The contract period will be for one year, and questions must be submitted by April 10, 2026.
