Media Monitoring Services (Due September 18, 2026)

The contracting organization seeks a vendor to deliver seven-day media monitoring across international, national, and regional online press and Irish broadcast media. Monitoring will be based on an approximately 100-word keyword list.

Must have an annual turnover of not less than €120,000 for each of the 3 previous financial years
Must provide details of two reference contracts demonstrating experience in providing media monitoring services
At least one reference contract must have an approximate total value in excess of €40,000 per year
Must provide edited daily and weekend morning media reports written to client specifications
Must provide an online portal with data and analytics capabilities
Must maintain minimum levels of insurance: Employers' Liability (€13,000,000), Professional Indemnity (€500,000), and Cyber Insurance (€1,000,000)
Must be able to provide all key word alerts for national, regional and international print and online newspapers by 7:00am Monday to Friday and 8:00am Saturday and Sunday
Must appoint a contract manager as the first point of contact
Must comply with Data Protection Law and provide necessary information security safeguards
Must be able to provide ad hoc evaluation reports upon request
