The procurement seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive media monitoring services in Romania, covering both national and international print newspapers and magazines, major radio stations, online media, and national television channels. Monitoring is also required for specific terms and topics identified by the contracting agency, as well as local-level media coverage for agency events when requested.
The selected provider will be expected to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly media monitoring bulletins to designated email recipients. In addition, the scope includes preparation of user-friendly press reports with qualitative and quantitative analysis, including press releases, event photos and descriptions, listings of coverage across print, television, radio, and online channels, news snapshots, rate card details, reach, potential impressions, share of voice, and sentiment indicators for top-tier media coverage. These reports are required once per month, up to 12 per year, with delivery within three days.
The services also include providing recordings of television programs, radio bulletins, and online TV or radio shows in an accessible format for agency users. The vendor must also support supplementary media searches for agency campaigns and events, and provide transcripts of shows upon request.
