Must have an annual turnover of not less than €140,000 for each of the last three financial years
Must demonstrate experience of providing services of a similar nature and scale by way of three contracts within the last six years
Must hold all required licences for the provision of media clips and ensure compliance with copyright obligations
Must provide a secure portal or dashboard for accessing media clips and associated reporting data
Must hold Employer's Liability insurance with a limit of €13,000,000
Must hold Public Liability insurance with a limit of €6,500,000
Must hold Professional Indemnity insurance with a limit of €2,000,000
Must hold Crime Insurance with a minimum limit of €250,000
Must hold Cyber Liability insurance with a minimum limit of €1,000,000

DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive media monitoring services across Ireland. The required services encompass monitoring of national newspapers (both print and digital editions), regional and local newspapers, national radio and television broadcasts, regional broadcast media, as well as online news outlets and digital media publications.

The selected vendor will be responsible for systematically tracking and reporting on media coverage from these varied sources, ensuring timely and accurate access to media content relevant to the client’s needs. The scope includes providing insights and analysis derived from both traditional and digital media platforms.
