The State of California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive media monitoring services that encompass traditional news, broadcast, and a variety of digital platforms. The required solution must offer robust online tools enabling users to search, analyze, and report on local, regional, and international coverage across print, web, broadcast (TV and radio), social media, forums, blogs, review sites, and podcasts. The selected provider must ensure unlimited keyword searches, hashtag tracking, and global, multilingual monitoring with English translations. The platform should generate real-time alerts and support customizable dashboards that can be adapted for individual users or teams and accessed via desktop and mobile devices. Additional features must include an intuitive, accessible interface compliant with WCAG standards, the ability to edit and report on licensed TV and radio clips, and customizable reporting tools for clip sharing and dashboard downloads. Customization options for layout, branding, and theming are required to support organizational needs.
