DESCRIPTION
Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a hosted, subscription-based media monitoring and outreach platform. This platform will play a key role in supporting the institution’s reputation management, media relations, and internal reporting activities. Essential features include media monitoring, analytics, real-time alerting, comprehensive reporting, as well as integrated media outreach and distribution tools.
The selected platform must accommodate up to ten named users with authoring and administrative privileges, employing robust role-based access controls as proposed by the vendor. The solution should be securely hosted and include initial setup, configuration, and installation services. The vendor will be responsible for configuring or recreating core monitoring searches and queries tailored to the agency’s monitoring and reporting requirements, as well as setting up notifications, digests, and reporting outputs. Additionally, configuration of media outreach and distribution functionalities is required where applicable.
The contract will span a period of three years.
