The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive media, marketing, and event production services across all three districts in the Virgin Islands. Responsibilities include crafting and implementing a strategic, data-driven marketing campaign that maximizes awareness, participation, and engagement. The campaign should integrate end-to-end event production management, covering pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event reporting, while ensuring both virtual and in-person components are seamlessly combined for accessibility and high-quality participant experiences.
Within two business days of contract execution, the vendor will conduct a kickoff meeting. They will then develop and propose three distinct marketing campaign concepts, producing a comprehensive plan that includes audience segmentation, targeted messaging frameworks, multi-channel outreach (traditional and digital), detailed content calendars, campaign rollout schedules, and social media performance metrics. Vendor will utilize radio, TV, print, digital advertising, and data-driven audience insights for effective media placements, fostering innovation throughout content development.
Event production requirements demand robust hybrid capabilities, including closed captioning for all video content, sign language interpreters, captioning and transcription services, and the use of digital materials where feasible. Interactive digital elements such as polls, live Q&A, chat engagement, and contests or incentives are also expected to drive registration and active participation.
