DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive media distribution services in North Carolina. Responsibilities include the development of a full-scale media program and advertising plan, placement of advertisements across television, radio, print, digital, and out-of-home channels, and management of the distribution of advertisements to various media outlets.

Vendors are also tasked with producing marketing and advertising plans informed by extensive research, including focus group testing, user demographic analysis, and behavioral data segmentation. This will help guide audience targeting strategies and the identification of appropriate marketing concepts. Creative duties encompass the overall campaign plan development, utilizing multiple tactics such as printed materials, video content, digital displays, and paid social media placements.

The vendor must analyze and recommend the most effective media channels and placements based on research into media usage, ratings, and channel strength. Collaboration with media sales representatives across diverse media platforms is essential. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for maintaining all media buys and evaluating post-buy outcomes to ensure campaign effectiveness. The contract term is for one year.
