A university is seeking a qualified vendor to provide media buying, strategic advertising, and marketing consulting services for a range of campaigns conducted across multiple markets. The vendor will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategic advertising and marketing campaigns, ensuring well-coordinated media placements across various university units.

Key responsibilities include providing media buying and campaign development services, analyzing and recommending advertising strategies and tactics across all media types—including search engine marketing, display, social media, podcasts, and connected TV—and managing media buys at the state, regional, national, and international levels. The chosen vendor must also deliver actionable insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance and strategy and provide clear advertising specifications and instructions for media files, including accepted file types, sizes, required borders, and frame rates. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to manage the trafficking of creative files to vendors and media outlets.

The contract period will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2026, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 17, 2026.
