The selected vendor will provide comprehensive media buying services focused on developing an integrated, data-driven annual media plan that aligns with the academic calendar, enrollment cycles, and specific marketing goals. The scope of work includes strategic planning and management of paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to effectively target relevant audiences.
Additional responsibilities include conducting competitive media landscape analysis, offering benchmark recommendations, and delivering monthly dashboard reports containing real-time campaign performance data. The vendor will manage digital and programmatic advertising, social media advertising, as well as placements on television, streaming services, OTT, and Connected TV platforms. Comprehensive campaign management and trafficking services are also expected over the contract period.
The contract duration will be three years, and all vendor questions must be submitted by April 17, 2026.
