The selected vendor will provide media buying services to support marketing and advertising objectives. Responsibilities include planning, negotiating, purchasing, and optimizing media placements across various channels to maximize return on investment. The agency will conduct research to identify target audience demographics and behaviors and recommend appropriate media channels, such as TV, radio, digital, social, print, out-of-home, and emerging platforms.
Other duties involve negotiating bonus airtime, sponsorships, digital and social mentions, and public service time, while ensuring compliance with campaign specifications and deadlines. The media buyer will deliver a comprehensive media plan detailing the channel mix, budget, and schedule. The three-year contract will include performance initiatives and collaboration with the client’s marketing team. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 15, 2026. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 18, 2026.
