A strategic media partner is being sought to provide comprehensive media buying and planning services across seven casino properties in Oklahoma. The selected vendor will support the enterprise’s marketing, branding, and revenue objectives through integrated, multi-channel media strategies. This partnership will require holistic support, extending beyond traditional buying services to include robust analytics, optimization, and seamless integration across all media channels.
The ideal partner will be equipped to manage media planning and buying for digital platforms, broadcast, print, outdoor, and emerging media. Required competencies include digital and programmatic advertising, paid social, video, OTT/CTV, and search marketing. The scope also encompasses enterprise analytics, campaign-level planning, and a commitment to transparency and performance accountability. Areas such as responsible gaming, brand governance, operational excellence, and close collaboration are central to this engagement. The vendor will be expected to deliver an annual enterprise media plan as well as campaign-specific strategies.
