The selected vendor will provide media buyer services specifically for phone kiosk advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include reserving and leasing space to display and maintain the department’s posters or digital advertisements on agreed-upon kiosk spaces as outlined in insertion or space reservation orders executed by both parties.
The department will initiate space reservations 60 to 90 days before each public health campaign, submitting insertion orders that specify the campaign’s name and duration, types and number of locations and media formats, and any special requirements. For every campaign, the contractor will execute the insertion order and confirm completion by submitting a signed completion order to the director of the health and marketing group or their designee, including all pertinent campaign details.
This contract supports the effective and timely delivery of public health advertising campaigns through high-visibility media placements.
