This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide maintenance and technical support services for a media asset management system. Required maintenance support includes all software batch updates and ensures access to multiple support channels—including phone, email, and web chat support—available Monday through Friday, 24 hours a day.
Additionally, vendors must guarantee a maximum response time of 12 hours per incident (excluding weekends) and provide access to an online support web portal during stated hours. The maintenance support contract will be in effect for one calendar year, beginning from the start date of the period of performance.
