NorQuest College
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
A Canadian college seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive media and social media monitoring services. The selected provider will be responsible for monitoring public conversations and engaging with audiences across various digital channels. Key requirements include the automatic collection and consolidation of messages, comments, and mentions from all connected social media accounts into a single inbox, with the ability to assign interactions to specific users or teams. Internal notes, tagging for collaboration, status tracking, and notification features for assigned team members are essential, as is the capacity to reply to comments and messages through a centralized dashboard.
Vendors must also support public and private responses, threaded conversations, and the attachment of media (such as images and links) in responses. Features such as optimized post scheduling, monitoring, tagging, and responding to Google reviews, as well as the ability to create, schedule, and publish posts and assign messages to various teams, are required. The platform should facilitate interaction from any location and device. Additionally, a media monitoring tool must provide daily newsletters or reports to a distribution list with open rate statistics and support monitoring across online, TV, radio, print, and photo media. Access to ethnocultural, trade publications, blogs, and all-in monitoring is considered an asset. The initial contract period is for three years.
