Media and Marketing, Recruitment, Search Engine Optimization and Retention Service

An Illinois higher education institution is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive media, marketing, recruitment, search engine optimization (SEO), and graduate student retention services for its online and on-campus programs. The selected partner will deliver graduate student-focused marketing and recruitment initiatives through targeted campaigns and creative strategies, increasing program visibility, engaging potential students, and improving enrollment and retention rates.

The scope of work includes conducting detailed market analyses to inform program structure, pricing, and positioning. Vendors will be responsible for producing tailored marketing materials and providing creative and design services that adhere to the institution's branding standards. These services will encompass responsive microsite development, creation of mobile and desktop RFI landing pages, design of display media, brochures, HTML emails, and the assignment of a dedicated marketing strategist as the primary contact.

Additional responsibilities encompass media buying, conversion optimization, and robust SEO efforts, including content creation, performance testing, ongoing analysis, article production, and site linking recommendations to enhance online presence.
