RFQ copies available on and after March 10th, 2026.

Proposer questions or requests for clarification must be emailed no later than 12pm on April 9th, 2026.

Electronic proposals will be received until 12pm on April 16th, 2026.

A proposal will remain in effect for a period of 90 calendar days from the deadline for submission of proposals.

A contract will be awarded within 90 days of the proposal submission date.

Contract(s) shall be for an initial period of three (3) years.

The government authority in Carlisle, Massachusetts is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and fire protection design services. Responsibilities include conducting studies and analyses of existing municipal buildings, offering engineering support, design work, permitting assistance, and landscape design related to a range of municipal projects.

The selected vendor will provide analysis and design for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection system upgrades, as well as structural renovations, interior and exterior building enclosure renovations, and overall development of space needs. Additional tasks include creating working drawings and technical documents, inventorying existing furnishings, furnishing layouts, and drafting specifications for new furnishings.

The contract will be for a period of three years, with a pre-bid question period ending April 9, 2026.
