City Of Philadelphia Department Of Aviation
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The client is seeking a vendor to provide hosting, development, and support services for the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This initiative encompasses robust asset management capabilities, with the aviation department's long-term asset management strategy still under evaluation.
The selected vendor must support high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable solutions to meet the operational demands of airport environments. Responsibilities include maintaining all MAS components, operating systems, databases, and supporting infrastructure at secure and supported levels. Vendors are expected to develop or configure role-based dashboards and reports for facilities supervisors and airport operations leadership.
The scope of work includes technical maintenance and support services for MAS applications, reporting, and database components, such as monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution beyond the capacity of current aviation IT staff. Efforts to enhance the consistency and structure of work order data for improved reporting, analytics, and asset-centric maintenance strategies are required. Additional tasks involve configuring prioritization models and dashboards based on safety, passenger impact, regulatory urgency, and operational criticality, and ensuring secure system accessibility for aviation users and integrated systems.
